Randy has been blessed to be the Pastor of FBCL since 2011. He loves seeing changed and transformed lives -- people growing in a vital relationship with Jesus and then in turn sharing that love with others in numerous ways. Randy graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He earned his Masters of Divinity with Biblical Language degree in 1997 from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Randy was then ordained to the ministry by his home church Centreville Baptist Church in Centreville, Virginia. Randy has been married to his wife, Chrisy, for over 30 years. They have two amazing daughters, Madison and Courtney, who bring such joy and delight. On free days, Randy may play a round of golf, read a book, or even take Baxter for a walk -- but what he really loves to do is just hang out with his family. He looks forward to continuing to grow together as a church in the future.

Ronald Phillip Marsh has been the custodian of First Baptist Church since 1999. He is the father of three children, Phillip Mickles, Regina Johnson, and David Grayson Collins and five beautiful grandchildren.
Suzanne was born and raised in Lancaster. She began playing in church at nine years of age. Suzanne has served as the organist/choir director, pianist, and accompanist for a number of local churches. She is the loving wife of Barry Brown and they have two beautiful daughters, Allison and Holly.
Isaac Fazenbaker

Isaac was born and raised in Mount Holly, North Carolina, just outside of Charlotte. He received his BA in Theology from Judson College at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He had more than a decade of experience leading believers to Christ through multiple online means. He has been with us since June 2025.
Rev. Howard Joye
It has been my desire to reach people for The Lord through the music ministry of the church and to train and exhort musicians and other artists to strive for excellence in their ministry. We always want to praise and worship the Lord the best we can. God always wants our best!
I have 38 years as a music minister in SC and NC and 10 years college teaching experience including The University of South Carolina and Florida State University. I graduated Cum Laude and received a Master of Music from USC and did Doctoral work while teaching at FSU.
I currently play and teach piano, flute, clarinet and sax professionally and love sharing these gifts in church.
